01. Order Confirmatioand Non-Cancellation
Once an order has been confirmed and the purchase has been completed, we begin preparing the order and arranging the related procedures. Therefore, an order cannot be cancelled or exchanged once it has been confirmed, except in the cases set out below or as required by applicable laws and regulations.
We recommend reviewing all order details carefully before completing your purchase and providing final confirmation.
02. Shipping & Delivery
We work to prepare and ship orders within the appropriate timeframe, according to the order destination and the available shipping services.
However, exceptional delays may sometimes occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as global crises, pandemics, wars, or disruptions affecting shipping companies and delivery services.
If any exceptional delay affects your order, the ROSSEISSA team will contact you, keep you informed of any updates, and take the appropriate action according to the circumstances of the order.
03. Order Confirmatioand Non-Cancellation
At ROSSEISSA, we carefully inspect and verify every piece before it is prepared and dispatched.
If your product arrives damaged as a result of shipping, if you notice a manufacturing defect upon receiving it, or if the product received does not materially match the product or description confirmed in the order, please contact Customer Service immediately upon receipt of the order at:
customerservice@rosseissa.com
Please attach clear photographs showing the condition of the product and the issue concerned, together with any relevant details, so that our team can review and verify the case.
Once the details and photographs have been received, the ROSSEISSA team will review the matter and contact you to take the appropriate action and assist in resolving the issue.
04. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature and rarity of ROSSEISSA pieces, and because many of them are produced in limited quantities, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the order has been received, except in the cases set out below or as required by applicable laws and regulations.
Exceptions apply only in cases where the product arrives damaged as a result of shipping, contains a verified manufacturing defect, or does not materially match the product or description confirmed in the order.
Each piece is carefully inspected and its condition verified before dispatch to ensure that it reaches the client in a condition that reflects ROSSEISSA standards
If there is an issue that falls within the cases mentioned above, please contact Customer Service within the first 24 hours of receiving the order, whenever possible, in order to ensure prompt documentation and review of the case, and provide the necessary photographs and details so that the matter may be assessed and the appropriate action taken.
